If your dog loves a challenge (or tends to get bored and into mischief), you’ve got to try some dog training puzzle games. These things are a lifesaver on rainy days or when you just need your pup to focus on something for a while. Hide a few treats inside, and suddenly they’re using their nose, paws, and brain to work out how to get a reward.

It’s a lot of fun to watch, and honestly, sometimes the dog figures them out faster than I do! Great for clever pups or dogs who just need to burn a bit of extra brain energy. Plus, after a good puzzle session, they usually have a nap—which is a bonus for everyone.

I’ve found that puzzle games are a great way to keep dogs entertained and thinking. They really get into searching for treats and figuring things out with their paws and nose. It’s a simple way to bust their boredom and let them use those instincts they’ve got.
